Problem Note 36763: An error might occur when you search for and viewing a portlet in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal

When you attempt to view a portlet via the search function in the SAS Information Delivery Portal, the following error might occur:

Error 404--Not Found

This error can occur if you use Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3 as the Web application server. The problem is inherent in WebLogic 10.3. To correct the problem, you must obtain the SYCB patch from Oracle. The pass code for this patch is 6BR6EYDU.

If you are a valid customer with a WebLogic account, you can download this patch using the interactive version of Oracle Smart Update. If you are a SAS Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customer, contact SAS Technical Support for details.
